PPL provides the programme leadership and project management support you need, and which has enabled our clients to raise their organizations’ performance levels to deliver optimum value. Based on your current situation – as appraised by PPL – and your stated objectives, action and implementation planning will be agreed with your governance team. We assess the capacity of your current procurement to execute such plans and recommend any augmentation required, but (depending upon the nature of our engagement) can in the near-term provide the resource needed to deliver the identified gains or to produce management assets such as procedures or standard documents.
